Rockingham

I have made many updates to our Rockingham and it is now ready in the downloads section. If you have a previous version installed please delete any JNSRock folders from your "Gamedata/Locations/JNS_Tracks" folder before installing this one.

These tracks should be considered fictional as they do not exactly duplicate any real world tracks. They can be substituted for real world tracks that these may resemble.

Before installing this track please delete any HAT files that may be in your "rFactor\userdata\log\hat" folder. Now you can install this track by extracting the exe file from the downloaded zip file to a temp location on your system and double-click on it. Make any corrections that may be needed to the default game location shown (C:\Program Files\rFactor\) and click the unzip button.

Thats it, now you can fire up the game and go racing. This track will show up in the "JNS Tracks" category in the game track list.

Refer to the included readme.txt file for more information.

http://jnstracks.net/home/download.php?view.140

Forum: General Discussion

E mail your representative in Washington

I have emailed every representative in my state over my concern with all of this spending. Some of them might not even get it because they don't represent my area. Did you know that since Obama has been in office he has proposed more spending than this country has spent up to the time he took office? Did you know that we are going to give $900 million to help rebuild Gaza? Remember the bank bailouts starting with Bush that haven't done any good? When we spent that money we were told it would take months for it to help, it has been 4 months and now they are saying they need to give more money to the banks. I am sorry but one of the banks I use tried to tell me I should get a bigger better house a few years ago when I bought this one. If I would have it would have been problems now under the plan they offered. I say let them fail, they tried to put my family in jeopardy to make more money, let them fail. The stock markets are crashing, many of us have lost 1/2 of our retirement. This madness has got to stop, we are spending good money after bad. We need a new plan like putting money in the hands of us Americans, it is ours anyway! I kind of liked the America where if you worked hard and gave your all you could be rewarded. I was watching MSNBC today, I never watch that channel but even they are worried about the spending.

If you are not happy with all of this at the very least you can email the people supposedly representing us in Washington DC. I told mine that I wish there was an election tomorrow so maybe we could get rid of them and vote people in who would represent the people.

http://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm

A few more expamples of wasteful spending:
$248 million for furniture at the new Homeland Security headquarters. - really 248 million?
$1.7 million for pig odor research in Iowa
$2 million 'for the promotion of astronomy' in Hawaii
$6.6 million for termite research in New Orleans
$2.1 million for the Center for Grape Genetics in New York

Forum: General TCRG Discussion
